The Project Manager – Commercial Glass & Storefront is a full-time, on-site role based in Lawrenceville, GA. This role oversees commercial glazing and storefront projects from pre-construction through completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with General Contractors and internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing project specifications and drawings, preparing and tracking submittals, managing material orders and deliveries, and monitoring installation progress to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
The Project Manager will handle change orders, resolve field issues, maintain clear communication with clients and vendors, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. This role also involves regular site visits, inspections, and documentation of project milestones and performance.
- Experience with project oversight and coordination using Project Management skills
- Ability to manage material flow and scheduling through Expeditor and Expediting skills
- Capability to plan and supervise inspections using Inspection skills
- Proficiency in organizing transport and delivery processes with Logistics Management skills
- Previous experience in commercial glazing, construction, or related trades
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Proven organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Comfort reading blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
- Basic proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally to job sites as needed
