Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Lawrenceville, GA for a Customer Success Manager. The primary responsibilities include managing customer accounts to ensure satisfaction, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and assisting in their long‑term retention. The role involves understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities for success, analyzing performance metrics, and driving improvements to maximize results and strengthen customer loyalty.
