Status: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive and based on experience
Schedule: 4 days per week. No Weekends

Gwinnett Animal Clinic (GAC) is growing, and we’re ready to welcome an experienced Client Service Representative to our team. As a well-established, four-doctor practice, we’ve proudly served Lawrenceville and the surrounding communities since 1966.

For decades, we’ve worked to be more than a veterinary hospital—we strive to be a trusted partner to pet owners. Client education, excellent customer service, and compassionate veterinary care are at the heart of what we do.

Our Client Service Representatives are a vital part of our care team, helping create a welcoming, organized, and positive experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors. We’re looking for a motivated, dependable, and compassionate self-starter who enjoys helping others and is excited to grow alongside a busy veterinary practice.

• Greet clients, patients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Respond to client questions and provide excellent customer service
• Schedule appointments and maintain accurate client and patient information
• Manage emails, messages, and routine administrative tasks
• Assist clients with requests, concerns, and follow-up needs
• Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
• Communicate effectively with clients and members of the veterinary team
• Support the team with additional office responsibilities as needed

• Basic computer skills
