Gwinnett Animal Clinic (GAC) is growing, and we're ready to welcome an experienced Client Service Representative to our team. As a well-established, four-doctor practice, we've proudly served Lawrenceville and the surrounding communities since 1966.

What Our Client Service Representatives Do
- Greet clients, patients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Respond to client questions and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate client and patient information
- Manage emails, messages, and routine administrative tasks
- Assist clients with requests, concerns, and follow-up needs
- Maintain an organized and welcoming reception area
- Communicate effectively with clients and members of the veterinary team
- Support the team with additional office responsibilities as needed
