Georgia Gwinnett College is seeking part‑time faculty to teach Business Statistics/Quantitative Analysis in the School of Business for the academic year 2026‑2027. These semester‑based positions are directed to the Department Chair and may be conducted in face‑to‑face, online, hybrid, or blended formats, including morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend sessions.
Responsibilities- Develop course curricula, including the syllabus, lesson plans, and graded assignments, in accordance with the upper‑division program requirements and in collaboration with the Associate Provost for Academic Affairs.
- Review, evaluate, and recommend student learning materials.
- Assess students to measure progress toward institutional and course objectives.
- Submit required instructional paperwork accurately and promptly.
- Minimum of a master’s degree with 18 graduate semester hours (or 30 quarter hours) in the teaching discipline.
- Terminal degree in the teaching discipline.
- At least one year of college‑level teaching experience.
- Ongoing professional engagement that demonstrates relevance and currency in the field of teaching.
- Strong commitment to undergraduate education, student engagement, and service to the college and community.
- Ability to innovate teaching, advising, and mentoring, with advising and mentoring expected of all faculty.
