Music Teacher

Music & Arts seeks a passionate Music Teacher to provide private and small-group lessons in our retail studio. In this role, you'll teach students of all ages and skill levels, develop engaging lesson plans, and prepare students for recitals and school performances. You'll collaborate closely with store staff to connect students and families with the right instruments, rentals, and accessories, while maintaining accurate schedules and progress records.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group music lessons to students of varying ages and skill levels
• Develop and follow lesson plans aligned with student goals and school programs
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
• Prepare students for recitals, performances, and school events
• Collaborate with store staff to support sales of instruments, accessories, and lesson packages
• Maintain accurate student schedules, attendance, and progress records
• Care for and properly use classroom and store instruments and equipment
• Promote Music & Arts programs and uphold a student-focused, inclusive culture
