Job SummaryGeorgia Gwinnett College is now accepting applications for part-time faculty positions in Management in the School of Business for the academic year . These semester-based positions report directly to the Department Chair and may be taught in face-to‑face, online, hybrid or blended formats.
Responsibilities- Develop course curricula, including the syllabus, lesson plans, and graded assignments, in accordance with the requirements of the upper‑division program and in consultation with the Associate Provost for Academic Affairs.
- Review, evaluate and recommend student learning materials.
- Evaluate students to measure their progress in achieving institutional and course goals.
- Submit required paperwork related to instruction promptly and accurately.
A minimum of a master's degree with 18 graduate semester hours (or 30 quarter hours) in the teaching discipline.
Preferred Qualifications- Terminal degree in the teaching discipline
- 1‑year college‑level teaching experience
- Sustained professional engagement that demonstrates relevance and currency in the field of teaching.
Strong commitment to undergraduate education, student engagement, and service to the college and community. GGC values innovative teaching, advising, and mentoring.
