Accounts Receivable Supervisor-ANC (Open)

As a key contributor to the regional finance team, the Accounts Receivable Supervisor will guide the daily activities of the ANC Collections department, fostering a supportive team environment while ensuring reliable service in collections and account research processes.
Responsibilities- Support and guide the collection team in their daily tasks, fostering continuous learning and collaboration.
- Oversee the credit and collections cycle with a focus on accuracy and building positive rapport with internal and external partners.
- Work closely with Sales and Operations to foster understanding regarding credit policies and customer account health.
- Prepare and present insightful reports on AR metrics to provide informed choices for regional leadership.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and pioneer innovative departmental practices.
- 5+ years of experience in collections management, including 2+ years in a supervisory or supportive capacity.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office suites; comfort working with ERP systems.
- Collaborative professional with strong problem‑solving skills and a focus on building professional connections.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Specific experience with SAP and advanced proficiency in Excel.
