Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of CT experience to work night shifts at a Level 2 trauma center in the greater Atlanta area.
Responsibilities- CT Scan department at a Level 2 trauma center
- Patient population spans all age groups including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
- Cases include trauma, stroke, cardiovascular, procedural, and routine exams from emergency, inpatient, and outpatient services
- Siemens CT scanners in use
- 3x12-hour night shifts per week, Friday/Saturday/Sunday from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- No on-call required
- 13-week contract
- Operates CT equipment to produce diagnostic imaging across a full range of exam types
- Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a 2-year break before being considered
- Any RTO requests must be submitted upfront — requests made after an offer has been accepted will not be accepted
- Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have taken a 2-year break prior to placement
- Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience
- Current BLS (AHA) required
- ARRT - CT certification required
- Proficiency operating computerized tomography equipment
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Driver's License required for consideration
- License required if applicable
