This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Ambulatory Credentialing Specialist at Parker Staffing, located in Lawrenceville, GA. The Specialist is responsible for performing day‑to‑day tasks related to credentialing medical staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements. Responsibilities include maintaining credentialing records, supporting healthcare providers with credentialing processes, ensuring timely submissions for accreditation, and liaising with insurance providers, healthcare organizations, and other stakeholders while delivering outstanding customer service.
Qualifications- Expertise in credentialing and medical staff credentialing processes
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with Medicare compliance and regulations
- Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational and time‑management skills
- Proficiency with credentialing software and database management
- Prior experience in healthcare accreditation is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications (e.g., CPCS or CPMSM) are highly desirable
