Innovative Therapy Concepts (ITC) is a Physical Therapist owned and operated Therapy Management Organization that was founded by Joe Sapp, PT, in 2006. We began our partnership with Northside Gwinnett in 2013 to provide therapy services throughout the Northside Gwinnett system. ITC is seeking an Occupational Therapist with a passion for providing excellent patient experiences in the outpatient setting. The primary patient population is neurologic injury or impairment patients, with a smaller orthopedic impairment population.
ResponsibilitiesThis Occupational Therapist will provide specialized treatment to patients in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team comprised of Physical, Occupational, and Speech‑Language Pathologists. Patient care includes individualized one‑on‑one treatment for patients with a focus on regaining functional independence and safe mobility after neurologic events such as stroke, hemorrhage, or spinal cord injury. All services are delivered in a state‑of‑the‑art facility with evidence‑based equipment to support the highest level of care for the diverse population of Gwinnett County.

- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Licensed as an occupational therapist in the state of Georgia
- Responsible individual with a solid work ethic
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Current AHA BLS certification
