Pay Grade: H (Nutritionist) or J (Clinical Nutritionist)
Salary range: $48,000‑$55,000, dependent upon education, licensure, and qualifications.

Description of DutiesUnder limited supervision, directs and coordinates the provision of nutrition services of specific nutrition programs such as the Special Supplemental Food Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC). Recommends nutritional care plans and documents plan and progress in the medical records; interprets current research regarding dietary treatment and provides assistance and consultation for other health care professionals.
QualificationsMinimum: Bachelor's degree in dietetics, human nutrition, foods and nutrition, nutrition education, food systems management, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university; and verification statement of completion of a didactic program accredited by The Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics.
Preferred: Public Health/WIC experience. Ability to speak Spanish and English preferred but not required. Registration as a Dietitian by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics Commission on Dietetic Registration AND licensure as a Dietitian in the State of Georgia.
