How We Do It. We help promote job satisfaction in the home health setting through tailored scheduling and managing territories to ensure appropriate caseloads and a limited drive time between visits. Our rehab directors are all therapists. Pay range based on visit type.

Requirements for this position include the following
  • Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited COTA program
  • Active or pending state COTA license
  • New Graduates welcome to apply
