- Current BLS Certification required
- Current PALS Certification required
- NBRC ? Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required
- Strong neonatal respiratory care experience required
- Comfortable working with neonatal floors and cases
- Ability to manage high-acuity patients across multiple age groups
- Experience in a busy, fast-paced hospital environment
- Must be well-rounded and able to function independently
