Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (No overtime; after-hours support for emergencies only)

Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Functional Lead to join an enterprise IT team responsible for supporting, optimizing, and evolving Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications. This role focuses primarily on Finance
, with strong working knowledge of Purchasing and Inventory modules.
The Functional Lead will serve as a strategic liaison between business stakeholders, implementation partners, Oracle, and internal technical teams to ensure business processes are effectively aligned with system capabilities. The ideal candidate brings deep functional expertise, strong leadership skills, and hands‑on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud in a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as functional owner and subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance, Purchasing, and Inventory modules
- Partner with business SMEs to optimize system usage and align business processes with Oracle Fusion capabilities
- Lead configuration of Oracle Fusion Cloud, including custom fields, fast formulas, workflows, and security roles
- Review and assess impacts of Oracle quarterly releases and patches; coordinate and lead business testing efforts
- Develop and execute test plans, test scripts, and end‑to‑end testing for enhancements and fixes
- Design and maintain custom security roles; conduct periodic security reviews and audits
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and architecture to ensure operational stability
- Collaborate with internal IT teams, Oracle, and third‑party vendors on maintenance schedules, environment refreshes, and issue resolution
- Troubleshoot application issues and drive root‑cause analysis to resolution
- Create functional and technical specifications for integrations and peripheral systems
- Document system requirements, workflows, policies, procedures, and process flows
- Mentor and train team members supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 7 years of overall ERP implementation and/or administration experience
- 3 years serving as a Finance Functional Lead for Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Strong hands‑on experience with Finance and working knowledge of Purchasing and Inventory modules
- In‑depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion configurations, custom fields, fast formulas, and integrations
- Experience leading full lifecycle projects including requirements, design, testing, and rollout
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion data structures and object relationships
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and mentor team members
- Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Experience supporting large, complex enterprise environments
- Demonstrated initiative to stay current with emerging technologies
