**** The IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and internal/external network issues. Key duties involve managing support tickets, setting up and configuring various hardware and peripherals, and maintaining network devices like printers and scanners. This role requires a commitment to timely resolution of technical issues and ensuring end-user satisfaction.
* Set up and maintain network printers and scanners.
* Respond and resolve tickets in a timely manner.
* Troubleshoot internal and external network issues.
* Provide hardware and software support/troubleshooting.
* Test and image desktops and laptops.
* Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot software and computer peripherals.
* Set up and configure all hardware.
* Ensure all tickets requiring follow-up work and/or calls are resolved.
* Provide technical support to end users.
* Test, image, and clean PCs, laptops, and other related hardware.##                         ##
** Required Qualifications
*** Desktop Application Knowledge
* Wi-Fi, Networking, TCP/IP configuration and troubleshooting skills.
