Thisroleservesasasenior-levelsubjectmatterexpertfor
Oracle
Cloud HCM reporting and partners closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide strategic reporting guidance, and deliver accurate, actionable workforce insights. The Analystwilldrivereportingbestpractices,optimizeandenhanceexistingreportingsolutions, troubleshoot complex reporting issues, and ensure the accuracy, consistency, security, and reliability of HCMdata and reporting across the organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Equivalentworkexperiencewillbeconsidered.
- Oracle Cloud Certification in ERP, HCM, or Reporting strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing Human Capital Management (HCM) reports and dashboards using Oracle Cloud reporting tools suchas Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality reporting solutions under tight timelines.
- Proven experience operating at a senior level, partnering directly with HR and business leadership to translatecomplexrequirementsintoscalablereportingandanalyticssolutions.
- Weareseekingaseasonedprofessionalwithprovenexperienceservingasasubjectmatterexpert andseniorreportinglead,establishingandchampioningstandardizedreportingdeliverymodels, includingdevelopmentstandards,documentation practices,andend-user training.
- Advancedproficiencywith Oracle Cloudreportingtools ,including
Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI),BIPublisher,and Financial Reporting Studio . - Strongexperiencedesigninganddevelopingcomplex,enterprise-levelcustomreportsand dashboards,includingworkingwithcustomdatamodelsandensuringalignmentwithbusinessand strategic objectives.
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations, upgrades, or transformationinitiativesinafast-paced,high-demand environment.
- Experience managing and optimizing data integration and reporting flows between Oracle Cloud modules and external enterprise systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively engaging and presenting to stakeholders across all levels of management within the organization.
- Leadthedesign,development,andmaintenanceofcomplex
HCMreportsanddashboardsusing Oracle Cloud reporting tools such asOTBI and BI Publisher. - Developadvanceddatamodels,dashboards,andad-hocreportingsolutionstomeetevolvingenterprise reporting and analytics needs.
- Ensure all reporting solutions are optimized for performance, accuracy, scalability, and usability in a fast-paced environment.
- Analyze large and complex workforce datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support executive decision-making.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear,concise, executive-ready reports and presentations.
- Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to rapidly define requirements and deliver high-impact reporting solutions.
- Configure, manage, and support Oracle Cloud reporting environments, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Conduct regular audits, validations, and quality checks to ensure reporting accuracy and consistency under tight timelines.
