Oracle

Cloud HCM reporting and partners closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide strategic reporting guidance, and deliver accurate, actionable workforce insights. The Analystwilldrivereportingbestpractices,optimizeandenhanceexistingreportingsolutions, troubleshoot complex reporting issues, and ensure the accuracy, consistency, security, and reliability of HCMdata and reporting across the organization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. Equivalentworkexperiencewillbeconsidered.
• Oracle Cloud Certification in ERP, HCM, or Reporting strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing Human Capital Management (HCM) reports and dashboards using Oracle Cloud reporting tools suchas Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) and BI Publisher.
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality reporting solutions under tight timelines.
• Proven experience operating at a senior level, partnering directly with HR and business leadership to translatecomplexrequirementsintoscalablereportingandanalyticssolutions.

• Weareseekingaseasonedprofessionalwithprovenexperienceservingasasubjectmatterexpert andseniorreportinglead,establishingandchampioningstandardizedreportingdeliverymodels, includingdevelopmentstandards,documentation practices,andend-user training.
• Advancedproficiencywith Oracle Cloudreportingtools ,including
