Position: Enterprise Systems Administrator (NetSuite)

What we need

We are looking for an Enterprise Systems Administrator to support a successful and rapidly growing business with trusted brands. Overall purpose of the role:

Telementum’s Enterprise Systems Administrator should possess strong knowledge of the Net Suite ERP Platform, IT Systems, software, and user experience. In this position you will implement and maintain configurations, customization, and integrations for supporting the continued growth and efficiencies of a growing and thriving organization. The ideal candidate has a passion for solution engineering, an eye for recommending and developing process improvements, and evaluating tools and implementing enhancements to the ERP & IT systems.

This position will work closely with management to help align the Net Suite & IT systems with our business and company goals while maintaining day to day functionality. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Information Technology.

Responsibilities

The day‑to‑day tasks of the Enterprise Systems Administrator may vary depending on the needs of the users or systems on a given day. The Enterprise Systems Administrator can plan for upgrades, updates, and maintenance tasks, but there will always be unexpected issues that arise on any given day. Enterprise Systems Administrators will find themselves acting as an escalation point of contact when a user is facing software or system issues.

The IT Team works within a ticketing system, so that each member of the IT team will have a variety of tickets to address and close out each day in addition to their maintenance tasks. While the nature of this role is more technically based, it is important for the Enterprise Systems Administrator to have a tolerant and patient disposition, with strong communication skills to put frustrated users h many tasks to oversee, in general the Enterprise Systems Administrator will be responsible to:

Net Suite Administration
  • Configure, customize, and maintain Net Suite One World, including multi-subsidiary, multi-currency, and intercompany functionality.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, saved searches, workflows, custom records, forms, and fields.
  • Support existing integrations and automations between Net Suite and third‑party applications, troubleshooting issues and coordinating with the internal development team as needed.
  • Ensure Net Suite continues to align with business needs across financial reporting, supply chain management, and CRM.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for system usage, data governance, and security.
Strategic Planning & Support
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to identify system requirements, recommend process improvements, and prioritize the Net Suite roadmap.
  • Maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Oversee role‑based access controls to protect sensitive business data.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands‑on Net Suite administration experience, or a bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field combined with relevant Net Suite experience.
  • Strong understanding of order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, and CRM processes within Net Suite.
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript, Suite Script 1.0 and 2.0, Suite Flow, and Suite Talk.
  • Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Net Suite Suite Foundations, Administrator, and/or Developer certifications.
  • Background in change management and process optimization.
