This role focuses on the deployment, support, and proactive maintenance of desktop and notebook systems for small to mid‑size business clients within an MSP/RMM environment.

You will be responsible for installing, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting end‑user devices, leveraging remote management tools to resolve issues efficiently and minimize downtime.
