Business Process Improvement Manager; Microsoft Dynamics D365 Transformation

We are seeking a Business Process Manager to lead end-to-end process optimization and play a critical role in our ERP transformation journey. This position is 100% onsite at our Lawrenceville, GA facility
, working closely with operations and leadership teams.

This role will act as the bridge between business and IT
, partnering with global stakeholders to analyze, redesign, and implement scalable processes that drive efficiency, data accuracy, and operational excellence. You will have direct impact on how we operate across our supply chain and manufacturing environments.

• Analyze and map end-to-end business processes across the supply chain in an engineer-to-order environment
• Lead gap analysis and “to-be” process design
  , aligning business needs with D365 capabilities
• Drive ERP implementation initiatives
  , including migration from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics D365
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency
• Develop and execute process improvement and change management strategies
• Partner with global teams across IT, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless system integration
• Create and maintain process maps, workflows, and training materials
• Lead user training, adoption, and ongoing process support
• Monitor performance and implement KPIs and continuous improvement measures

• 5+ years of experience in business process management and change management within manufacturing
• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 (ERP/CRM), including implementations and legacy system transitions
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects from design through execution
• Expertise in process mapping and tools such as Visio, BPMN, or Lucidchart
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Demonstrated success driving organizational change and user adoption
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field
