- Lead the stabilization program following Oracle Fusion ERP go-live, ensuring timely resolution of issues and defects.
- Establish governance and processes for tracking, reviewing, and prioritizing enhancement requests.
- Coordinate across Oracle ERP Cloud modules (Finance: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM; Procurement: PO, Projects: PPM, Budget: EPM) to ensure cross‑functional alignment.
- Manage communications with stakeholders regarding system performance, issue status, and enhancement roadmaps.
- Facilitate regular stabilization status meetings and provide executive‑level reporting on program health and outcomes.
- Ensure all enhancement requests are documented, evaluated, and tracked through to delivery.
- Work with business SMEs to validate fixes, enhancements, and process improvements.
- Drive risk management and elevate critical issues to leadership as needed.
- Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal IT teams to ensure timely delivery of fixes and enhancements.
- Support knowledge transfer and handover to the application management services team for long‑term support.
