Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Accela Administrator to manage and configure the Accela Automation SaaS system and its modules to support large-scale land management and government projects. This role offers the opportunity to work with innovative technologies within a mission-driven organization committed to public service.

Responsibilities:

• Administration, management, and configuration of the Accela Automation SaaS platform, including modules like Citizen Access, Mobile Office, and GIS integration.
• Develop and customize applications, forms, workflows, and reports based on business.
• Create scripts and code to extend platform capabilities using JavaScript,.NET, and APIs.
• Support integration of Accela with third-party systems such as GIS, payment gateways, and ERP platforms.
• Provide technical support to both IT teams and end-users, including troubleshooting and documentation.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years' experience in Accela Administration, API integrations, and constructive scripting.
• Strong understanding of application development processes, project management, and system documentation.
• Accela Certification(s) and experience working in government or public-sector environments.
• Knowledge of configuring and maintaining workflows, reports, and GIS integration.
• Excellent customer service skills in face-to-face, telephone, and electronic interactions.
