Job SummaryThis position works collaboratively with Advancement, Athletics, Human Resources, and other units to accurately process and maintain gift and biographical records housed in the Advancement database and filing system. The position is key to enabling GGC to cultivate relationships with alumni, donors, and community stakeholders, and to properly acknowledge and steward gifts to the GGC Foundation.
ResponsibilitiesProcess all charitable gifts made to the GGC Foundation, including cash, check, credit card, online, stock/property, payroll deduction, and gifts in kind; generate gift receipts and acknowledgement letters;
Reconcile financial records with GGC Foundation finance at least monthly;
Produce standard and ad-hoc reports and constituent lists for internal and external distribution, including annual donor statements;
Maintain compliance with CASE Reporting Standards and Management Guidelines, and generate the annual VSE report;
Maintain all paper and electronic donor files in compliance with the Board of Regents records retention policy;
Maintain all biographical information in the donor/alumni database on all current students, employees, alumni, donors, and key community constituents;
Performs audits and ensures integrity of the database; plans, creates, and executes data migrations between accessory systems and Raiser

Creates and updates procedures for data entry consistency and data integrity;
Other duties as assigned

Proposed Salary34,800 - 41,700 Salary offer will be dependent on candidate's experience and qualifications, internal equity considerations, budget availability, and salary administration guidelines.
