SUMMARY:
The AVP, Associate General Counsel provides hands-on counsel to the company s business units and assists General Counsel in managing the operations of legal department. Identifies and analyzes legal issues, presents clear recommendations, and assures legal compliance for the organization. Support the Legal Department s objective of being a trusted advisor to the business units within the company by developing effective relationships with internal clients.
May manage support staff within the Legal Department.
