Currently seeking an experienced underwriting manager who will be responsible for acquiring and retaining profitable property, casualty, and workers' compensation accounts through sound underwriting principles reflective of company policy. The selected candidate will manage a team of underwriters and associate underwriters who will promote sales of various P&C products through the independent agency system. This position will be located in Lawrenceville, GA.

The salary range for this position is $128,396-$197,729 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Qualifications Education RequiredBachelors or better in Risk Management or related field.
Experience Required- Minimum six years commercial, multi-line, P&C marketing and underwriting experience and two years prior supervisory or team leadership experience
- Relevant experience in managing and developing the skills of staff
- Excellent knowledge of the independent agency system
- Hands-on underwriting technical experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Industry designations are preferred
