- Probate Administration: Draft and file petitions with Georgia Probate Courts, manage estate inventories, and coordinate the distribution of assets.
- Estate Planning Support: Assist in the preparation of Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney, ensuring every detail reflects the client’s specific wishes.
- Case Management: Maintain organized digital and physical files, ensuring that deadlines are met with precision and thoughtfulness rather than frantic urgency.
- Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary, empathetic point of contact for Spanish- and English-speaking families, translating complex legal concepts into understandable, comforting guidance.

- Fluency in Spanish: Must be able to conduct client meetings and explain legal documents in Spanish and English.
- Legal
Experience:
2+ years as a Paralegal in Georgia (Probate, Litigation, Family Law, or Personal Injury). - Georgia Procedures: Familiarity with Georgia court filing systems (e-filing/Peach Court).
- Exceptional Empathy: A genuine desire to help people and a "thoughtful" approach to communication.
- Detail Orientation: Ability to catch the small things that make a big difference for our clients’ peace of mind.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Case Management Software (Clio, MyCase, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Education: Paralegal Certificate or relevant work experience required.
