The Floor Technician maintains a clean and safe environment, performing housekeeping duties, responding to emergencies, and coordinating with the Front Desk throughout the shift.
- Perform general cleaning and housekeeping tasks.
- Respond to resident and facility emergencies as required.
- Communicate with the Front Desk and other staff to ensure resident safety.
- Assist with maintenance of the physical plant and emergency procedures.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Experience with floor stripping and waxing required; experience preferred.
- Full‑time availability required; must work every other weekend 3:00‑11:00 pm.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills necessary.
Shift availability:
Must work every other weekend from 3:00‑11:00 pm.
