A Practice Manager at Vera Whole Health serves as a vital operational leader, bridging the gap between field care teams and the support office to ensure clinical and financial success. You will be responsible for upholding the company’s mission and "coach approach" while managing daily clinic operations, team engagement, and performance metrics. This role requires balancing administrative oversight, such as budgeting and workflow optimization, with strong interpersonal leadership to support providers and staff.

• Operational Leadership:
  Oversee day‑to‑day administrative functions, facilitate communication across teams, and act as the primary point of contact for operational escalations.
• Financial & Performance Management:
  Manage budgets, review monthly financial statements, and monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency and financial health.
• Team Development:
  Mentor and coach staff, participate in training new managers, and drive employee engagement by modeling Vera’s values.
• Strategic Alignment:
  Implement policies and procedures, manage staffing models, and collaborate with leadership to execute organizational goals.
• Client & Patient Focus:
  Serve as a trusted partner for clients by resolving concerns and ensuring the care center meets contractual expectations.
