Machine Operator

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the sheet metal industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting hardware installation and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Lawrenceville, GA

Pay Range: $20-$22/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift

What's the Job?

• Proper installation of pem nuts, standoffs, studs, and specialty hardware using various insertion machines and setups
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and instructions for custom setups
• Ensuring all work processed through hardware insertion meets quality standards
• Supporting other tasks related to hardware installation and assembly as assigned
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment in the sheet metal shop

What's Needed?

• 2-3 years of experience in hardware insertion and blueprint reading
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience preferred
• Good basic oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Reliability and strong attention to detail
