Are you a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment? Bowler Performance Transmissions is looking for a driven General Manager to lead our team and help take a respected name in the performance transmission industry to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations including production, quality control, and supply chain
• Develop and execute strategic plans that drive growth and profitability
• Lead and motivate a diverse team to hit company goals and maintain a positive culture
• Collaborate with engineering and R&D on product innovation and continuous improvement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, dealers, and key customers
• Track industry trends and competition to identify new opportunities
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in the manufacturing facility

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
• Proven experience as a General Manager or senior leader in the automotive or manufacturing industry
• Solid understanding of business and manufacturing processes
• Strong financial management background with a track record of profitable results
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and solve problems quickly
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams

About the Role

We need someone with hands-on transmission and hydraulic experience who can take a unit from
teardown to final QC
with precision and pride. You'll work with the performance transmissions that define our industry:

• Automatic:4L80E, 4L60E, 4R70W, 700-R4, 6L80E, 10L90E, 6R80E, 10R80E
• Manual:Tremec T-56 Magnum, TKO, TKX

This is
aftermarket performance building
, not basic OEM rebuilding.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with transmissions and a working understanding of hydraulics
• Ability to manage a full build from teardown to final QC
• Extreme attention to cleanliness and detail

• Comfortable speaking with customers
• Basic computer skills
• Must provide your own basic hand tools (we provide all specialty tools)
