Press Brake Operator
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated Press Brake Operator to join their team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be an essential part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, which will align successfully in the organization.
Location:
Lawrenceville, GA
Pay Range: $23 - $26/hour
Shift: 1st/2nd
What's the Job?
- Operate and monitor press brake machinery to produce high-quality metal components
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions for custom setups
- Install hardware and ensure all work processed through hardware insertion is accurate
- Understand and execute complex setups for special jobs with limited supervision
- Maintain safety standards by using appropriate protective equipment and following safety protocols
What's Needed?
- 2-3 years of experience in hardware insertion and blueprint reading
- Good basic oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience preferred
