Qualifications and Desired

Experience:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with a minimum of 2 years of experience in perioperative nursing within an operating room setting
• Required certifications:
  Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Strong knowledge of operating room protocols and patient safety practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with surgical teams and provide compassionate patient care

Schedule and

Location:

• Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Contract duration: 13 weeks

  Surgery Center in Decatur, Georgia (approximately 12 miles from Lawrenceville)
• Candidates should be prepared to travel or relocate, as no local candidates reside within a 50-mile radius

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain the operating room environment to ensure safety and compliance with standards
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams during urology procedures
• Monitor and assess patients pre-, intra-, and post-operatively
• Ensure proper documentation and communication among healthcare professionals
• Maintain sterile techniques and infection control practices throughout the surgical process
