Travel RN - Operating Room

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Outpatient Thoracic Surgery position in the Atlanta, GA area, requiring a minimum of 2 years of recent specialty experience and an active GA or compact RN license.

Job Details

• Outpatient thoracic surgery setting across two clinic locations in Atlanta and Lawrenceville, GA,

• Monday through Friday day shift schedule, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM,

• 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week,

• 13-week contract,

• No on-call requirements,

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in Georgia (standard or compact) required,

• Current AHA BLS certification required,

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in thoracic surgery or relevant outpatient specialty,

• Driver's license required for consideration,

Additional Information

• Time is split between two clinic locations: one in Atlanta and one in Lawrenceville, GA,

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position,

• Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have a minimum 2-year break before being eligible,

• Any requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed upfront - requests submitted after an offer is extended will not be accommodated,

• Former permanent employees of this health system who wish to return as travelers must have a 2-year gap in employment
