Registered Nurse – Cath Lab (Travel Assignment)

08‑Jun‑2026. Contract Length: 13 weeks. Relocation required; local candidates within 50 miles will not be considered. Weekly pay: $2,338‑$2,461 with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Shift: 10‑hour day shifts, 4 days per week.

• Provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing cardiac catheterization procedures, including pre‑, intra‑, and post‑procedure management.
• Prepare the Cath Lab, ensure sterile technique, position patients and assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
• Monitor patient status and hemodynamics during procedures; administer medications and adjust as prescribed; manage sedation per protocol under physician supervision.
• Document all aspects of patient care in Cerner EMR; communicate changes in patient status to the interdisciplinary team; ensure accurate post‑procedure instructions and follow‑up plans.
• Maintain equipment readiness, inventory, and infection control standards; collaborate with cardiology, nursing, anesthesia, and support staff to optimize patient safety and flow.

• Active RN license in Georgia.
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a Cath Lab.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certification.
• Experience with Cerner EMR or strong familiarity.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced Cath Lab environment; willingness to relocate for a 13‑week assignment.
• Willingness to work 10‑hour shifts and fulfill guaranteed hours.

• Assignment support and travel coordination provided by the staffing organization.
• Dedicated recruiter and patient‑care team support throughout the assignment.
• Opportunities for extended or future assignments after the initial contract.
