Registered Nurse – Behavioral Health, Adolescent Inpatient — Lawrenceville, Georgia. Travel temporary assignment starting 07/06/2026 for a 13‑week contract in an inpatient hospital setting.

Weekly pay range: $1,536–$1,637 with guaranteed hours of 36 per week.

  Inpatient adolescent behavioral health unit in a hospital environment

• Provide direct nursing care to adolescent inpatients with acute behavioral health needs.
• Perform initial assessments and ongoing monitoring, including vital signs, mental status, and risk assessments.
• Implement de-escalation techniques and safety interventions; uphold patient and unit safety at all times.
• Administer medications per physician orders, document administration, and manage PRN protocols.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, participate in care planning, and contribute to daily rounds.
• Document care in electronic health records in accordance with policy and regulatory requirements.

• Active Registered Nurse license in Georgia
• Minimum 2 years of recent behavioral health/adolescent inpatient nursing experience
• AHA BLS certification
• Ability to work in an inpatient adolescent behavioral health setting
• Strong assessment, crisis intervention, and de-escalation skills
