Homecare Nurse (LPN) – Immediate Opening for Private Client in Lawrenceville
This is NOT a remote position
Your Role as a Homecare Nurse:As a Homecare Nurse
, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and following individualized care plans
- Administering medications and performing wound care
- Monitoring patients’ conditions and updating care teams
- Educating patients and families on managing conditions
- Offering emotional support and ensuring comfort
Our goal is to provide compassionate care that enhances the overall health and well-being of our patients.
Qualifications:- Associate’s Degree in Nursing
- Current BLS certification
- At least one year of nursing experience (home care experience preferred)
- Experience with G‑Tube care
- Low-acuity, low-stress environment
