Day 8;9. Pay Rate: $72.75 - $78.75.
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday 8a‑5p. - Patients per day: 20-25.
- Practice Setting:
Urgent Care Clinic.
- State Licensure:
Washington state medical license. - Basic Life Support (BLS).
- Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).
- Board Certified.

- Medical or dental malpractice insurance.
