• Provide direct clinical care to neonates in the NICU, including high-acuity cases from 22 weeks gestation and greater
• Manage advanced therapies and monitoring, such as total body cooling, conventional ventilation up to HFOV, inhaled nitric oxide, and continuous IV infusions
• Perform central line maintenance, medication administration, and diagnosis-appropriate nursing interventions
• Participate in neonatal resuscitation, team huddles, and rapid response to neonatal emergencies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, document care accurately, and support families with education and discharge planning

• Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience
• AHA BLS certification required
• NRP certification required
• STABLE certification preferred
• Neonatal ICU experience with very high acuity patients, including care for 22 weeks gestation and greater
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) on a 12-week assignment
