• Provide direct nursing care for postpartum mothers and newborns, including monitoring vitals and maternal status.
• Administer medications, manage IV therapy, pain control, and postpartum interventions as ordered; monitor for complications.
• Perform newborn assessments, support routine newborn care, and assist with breastfeeding and lactation support.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team; document in the electronic health record and contribute to care planning and discharge planning.
• Ensure patient safety and infection control, respond to clinical changes or emergencies, and deliver family-centered education.

• Minimum 2 years of recent Mother Baby RN experience
• Certifications:
  
  CPR/BLS and NRP required
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts and commit to 36 hours per week
• Ability to work in a hospital setting
• Travel assignment eligibility for 8 weeks with a start date of 10/19/2026
