• Touring and presenting the community in a compelling way and assisting prospective residents with finding the right apartment home.
• Managing the leasing/renewal process from start to finish.
• Maintaining knowledge of the local market.
• Inspecting vacant apartment homes to ensure they are ready for new residents.
• Planning and coordinating resident functions throughout the year.
• Building strong relationships with residents by providing outstanding customer service.
• Working up to 30 hours weekly.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written in Spanish & English.
• A clear understanding of business concepts, processes, and strategic thinking principles.
• Comprehensive knowledge of multifamily operations including people management, financial reporting, problem‑solving, sales, maintenance and resident relations.
• Ability to access all apartment homes and community areas to show the home to potential residents and inspect all areas.
• Ability to visually inspect apartment homes, grounds, and other aspects of the community to ensure standards are met.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize duties and responsibilities.
• Must possess mobility to work in a standard office setting and use standard office equipment, including a computer, and attend meetings at various sites.

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–3 years of experience in Property Management.
• Experience in MS Office Word/Excel and basic computer technology skills;
  One Site experience Preferred.
