Kirkland's - - Responsibilities:
Drive sales growth by flexing into multiple roles including selling, cashiering, replenishing, setting floorsets and/or cleaning;
Greet every customer and engage with them enthusiastically to provide an exceptional shopping experience;
Educate customers on loyalty programs, current promotions, and merchandise to support basket-building;
Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, and inventory accuracy;
Assist in receiving merchandise and maintaining organized sales floor and stockroom
