Position: Enterprise Security Solutions Executive (Mid–Enterprise B2B Sales)

We’re looking for a strategic B2B sales pro who can close $5M+ annually in high-impact deals. At iS3 Tech Services, we design and deploy modern security systems — i.e., access control, video surveillance, weapons detection — for schools, manufacturing, healthcare, and enterprise clients across the Southeast.

You’ll lead the full sales cycle from discovery to close, solving real problems for clients that need security systems that actually protect people, property, and operations.

This is not transactional sales. This is high-stakes, consultative selling with long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Develop, manage, and close mid to enterprise-level deals
  • Lead discovery and solution development with engineering and project teams
  • Navigate long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
  • Build proposals and present to operational and executive leadership
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Track pipeline and progress in Hub Spot
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven success in complex B2B solution sales — ideally $3M+ per year
  • Experience with physical security, IT, SaaS, or AV sales a big plus
  • A consultative approach — you ask, listen, and solve
  • Exceptional organization, persistence, and follow-through
  • Comfortable selling to facilities, operations, and executive leaders
  • Based in Atlanta or willing to travel regionally
