Job Description
As an Account Manager at Sage, you will drive revenue growth within an existing customer base by retaining, expanding, and optimizing client relationships. You’ll be responsible for renewing subscriptions and perpetual contracts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and guiding customers toward additional Sage products and cloud-based solutions. Success in this role requires a consultative, value-based sales approach and a strong customer success mindset—ensuring customers realize ongoing value while delivering a seamless, high-quality experience.

Hybrid
- Lawrenceville, GA office (3 days per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and renew a portfolio of existing customers, ensuring retention and long-term value
- Identify and drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities across Sage products and services
- Proactively engage and qualify leads from multiple channels, converting them into sales opportunities
- Partner with channel partners to grow the installed base and increase cloud subscription revenue
- Own the sales cycle end-to-end where applicable, from initial engagement through close
- Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed while consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Minimum Qualifications:
- 1+ year of B2B consultative sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Experience managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Willingness to travel as needed
