National Indoor RV Centers is seeking an RV Sales professional to join our San Diego team. In this hospitality-driven role, you'll welcome guests, understand their travel needs, and guide them through selecting the right RV. You'll conduct product tours, explain features and pricing, and support customers through purchase and delivery. Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests, delivering a high-touch RV buying experience
• Conduct RV tours and product demonstrations tailored to guest needs
• Qualify leads and guide customers through the full sales process
• Prepare and present pricing, options, and basic financing structures
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and POS systems
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Follow up with prospects and past buyers to generate repeat business
• Stay current on RV inventory, features, and industry trends
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Support showroom presentation and guest events as needed
