Sign inside Sales Professional

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary link between our business customers, design team, and production crew. You will consult with walk-in, phone, and online prospects to uncover their signage needs, generate accurate quotes, close sales, and ensure seamless order execution from initial concept to delivery.

• Consultative Sales & Prospecting:
  Respond promptly to incoming leads, walk-in customers, and web inquiries; conduct outbound phone calls to follow up on quotes and re-engage past clients.
• Project Scoping & Estimating:
  Discuss project requirements (dimensions, materials, placement, installation), calculate pricing using POS software, and draft detailed estimates.
• Client & Production Coordination:
  Work closely with graphic designers and production staff to ensure project specs are accurately communicated and project deadlines are met.
• Account & Order Management:
  Maintain accurate CRM records, track job statuses, process invoices/payments, and conduct follow-up calls to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

• Sales & Communication:
  Proven experience in customer service or inside sales, with strong comfort making proactive outbound calls to prospective and existing accounts.
• Problem-Solving Ability:
  Excellent listening skills to translate client needs into custom visual communication solutions.
• Technical Aptitude:
  Tech-savvy with quick adaptability to estimation software, CRM tools, and basic Microsoft Office/Google Workspace applications.
• Detail-Oriented:
  High level of organization to manage multiple active projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree or relevant industry experience is a plus).

Compensation: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
