Location: Lawrenceville, GA
Pay: $23.00-$29.00/Hour (DOE)
Schedule: Onsite Daily
Execu Source is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Roadway Testing Technician to support roadway construction projects in partnership with GDOT. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, values precision, and thrives in both field and laboratory environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform acceptance sampling and testing of asphalt, concrete, aggregates, and soils in accordance with GDOT standards.
- Conduct field and laboratory tests, including density, moisture, and strength analysis.
- Accurately document, analyze, and report test results to project managers and clients.
- Maintain, calibrate, and ensure proper functioning of testing equipment.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and GDOT quality control procedures to ensure compliance and project integrity.
- GDOT Roadway Testing Technician (RTT)
- GDOT Quality Control Technician (QCT)
- ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician - Level I
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or coursework preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and site conditions.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
