Stalmic Distributors' purpose is to help feed communities, and we are looking for a driven service technician to join our team in achieving this mission.

This service tech will receive on-the-job training in the niche market of meat room equipment. They will learn to repair and perform maintenance on all sorts of meat processing and packaging equipment.

Once trained, they will travel to customer locations in our area and perform preventative maintenance and repairs on the equipment located within our area.

• Service technicians are on the road throughout the week and home on weekends.
• They rotate being on call for the weekend (earning them 24
  
  HUG pay).
• They have the option of working holidays (also earning 24
  
  HUG pay).
• They will be assigned a company truck (all maintenance and fuel company paid for), company phone (company pays the bill), and company tablet in order to better perform their job duties.
• They will also be assigned company credit cards to take care of all of their on-the-road expenses, such as meals, hotel rooms, and fuel.
• They will also be able to participate in company goals to earn even more rewards.

• Applicant must be able to pass (and maintain the ability to pass) a drug screen, MVR, and background screen (something on your background and/or does not automatically disqualify you from qualifying for this position, but hiding it is likely to do so).
• Having experience in the electrical and/or equipment repair field is a plus, but not required.
• Having experience in a position where you were working on the road is a plus, but not a requirement (we are out all week and home weekends).
• Having experience being versatile and able to work independently, as well as working as part of a team, is highly desired.

$45,000 - $60,000 yearly
