Field Service Technician

Culligan Total Water Treatment Systems Inc. is looking for a Field Service Technician in Lawrenceville, GA to perform installation and service maintenance on household and commercial water treatment systems.

Total Water is an Employee Owned business providing excellent benefits including:

• Installation of water treatment equipment to customer's homes.
• Work with water softeners, filtration, and reverse osmosis systems.
• Will learn to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Follow procedures/protocol for equipment installation and maintenance.
• Work with filters, pumps, motors, piping and other mechanical systems.
• Collect water samples and perform tests on water treatment systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, filter changes, sanitizations and equipment exchanges.
• Maintain accurate service and installation records.

• High School diploma or equivalency.
• 1 to 3 years' experience as a technician working with installation, set up and maintenance.
• Experience with plumbing, water softeners and reverse osmosis systems helpful.
• A minimum of 3 years customer service experience required.
• Working knowledge of plumbing codes helpful.
• Understanding of water chemistry helpful.
• Demonstrated problem solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience and ability to work independently without supervision.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Experience driving a service vehicle helpful.
• Ability to read a map.
