Gallery Residential is seeking a Service Technician to maintain interiors, exteriors, and amenities, ensuring safety and cleanliness to meet company standards.
You will complete work orders, perform make-readies for vacant apartments, inspect work, and document tasks while assisting with grounds and common areas. Basic tool skills and computer use are required. You must be able to work a 40-hour week with flexibility for evenings/weekends and have EPA certifications plus a valid driver’s license.
