RV Service Technician

National Indoor RV Centers is seeking an RV Service Technician for our San Diego, CA location. In this role, you'll diagnose and repair RV systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and slide mechanisms, ensuring safe and reliable operation. You'll perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and detailed documentation of all work. Partnering closely with service advisors, you'll explain repairs, provide excellent customer service, and support a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections on RVs
• Document all work performed, parts used, and labor times in service records
• Collaborate with service advisors to estimate repairs and schedule work
• Communicate repair findings and maintenance recommendations to customers
• Test systems after repair to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company service standards
